How to create a keyword

Create a Keyword that is unique to your organization or specific group. Add your Admins to your account to make collaboration easy. You can have multiple Admins in an account. You can also add one contact to many groups.

Follow these steps to get your Admin onboard:

  1. Select Keywords from the menu bar.

  2. Click on Create New Keyword.

  3. Type in the following: 

    1. Keyword Name

    2. Keyword Description

    3. Select Keyword Admins 

    4. Select Opt in Group

    5. Type in your Automatic messages

  4. Click Purchase New Keyword

NOTE: Upgrade your package and create multiple keywords per group.
